Permaculture in Fennville

Permaculture and the transition town movement are very much linked. As we prepare for a sustainable future, and begin to wean ourselves from cheap fossil fuels, it is permaculture that offers many of the answers to living gracefully and comfortable.

You can read the definitions of permaculture from Wikipedia reprinted on the sidebar to the right on this page. We still are left with the challenge of - How do we apply and use such a thing? What does it mean for us here in Fennville?

Most assuredly the application of permaculture is specific for each local region.
